The Mountains by Gerard O’Dwyer
Today we went to the Mountains with the Epic Encounters we had a good day it was a very cool and windy day we were there for the filming all of us were standing where they had no windows we were all in one big line we were walking slow walking three times Ascending and Descending big or blow shapes we had Lanterns on the sand and they looked amazing we were holding them up in the air like we were fishing we had troches inside the lanterns and turned the troches when it got dark people passing by stop to look and they took photos of the lanterns we were laying down on the ground Ascending and Descending when we were finish for the evening we were debriefing with the epic encounters we finished up the evening at the Noodle bar restaurant.
Bokor by Audrey O’Connor
Today we went on a road trip with Epic Encounters to Bokor Hill. Up there, was an old casino that is empty and I was filming Ruckus and EE in this large space. Then we did ascending and descending in different rooms and waked fast and slow.
Field Trip by Chris Bunton
Today we had a field trip to Bokor Mountain where we worked together with the Epic Encounters in the empty unfinished Old Casino.
It was an unforgettable and remarkable adventure and experience for all of us.
We did many activities over there which I enjoyed. They were:
1 Conveyer belt walking one by one down the steps looking ahead, then at your feet
2 Rachael’s Poem we learnt the Khmer sign language and we were filmed
3 Ascending and descending fast and slow, or sidewards
4 Walking fast and slow forward and backward
5 Group Slow Mo walk
But my favourite actives were:
1 Rachael’s poem
2 Group Slow Mo walking
3 Conveyor belt
There were many interesting things to learn:
1. The Khmer Sign language was the most interesting thing to learn because it was new and fun
2. Group Slow Mo walking was another fun activity to learn because we had to keep attention with the group at all times with focus.
3. Conveyor belt, it was one of the many activities which I enjoyed to learn because we had to keep our primary focus and attention to our neutral state to a sensitive polite smile.
